Welcome to PlayBlox. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.


1.0 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PlayBlox (“the App”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.


2.0 Description of Service

PlayBlox is a block puzzle game where you drag and drop blocks to fill and clear rows and columns.
The App uses:

  • Local device storage (UserDefaults) to save your progress
  • Google AdMob to display advertisements
  • Rewarded ads to undo your last move
  • Game Center for leaderboards


3.0 User Account and Data

3.1 No Account Required

PlayBlox does not require you to create an account. All data is stored locally on your device.

3.2 Game Center (Optional)

You may optionally sign in to Game Center to access leaderboards and compete with other players.

3.3 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your device
  • Any decisions you make while using the App


4.0 Advertisements

4.1 Displayed Ads

The App displays advertisements via Google AdMob to support the free version of the game.

4.2 Rewarded Ads

You may voluntarily watch rewarded ads to undo your last move.

4.3 Advertising Data Collection

Google AdMob may collect certain data for advertising purposes in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy.


5.0 In-App Purchases

5.1 Premium Features

PlayBlox offers optional in-app purchases to remove ads and unlock premium visual themes.

5.2 Billing

  • Purchases are billed through your Apple ID account
  • Payment is charged at the time of purchase confirmation

5.3 Refunds

All purchases are handled by Apple.
For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly.


6.0 Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership

PlayBlox and its original content, features, and design are owned by SixtyEdge and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Data

You retain all rights to your game progress stored in PlayBlox.


7.0 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App to harm or harass others
  • Interfere with the App’s functionality
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App


8.0 Third-Party Services

8.1 Apple Services

The App integrates with Apple’s services (App Store, Game Center). Your use of these services is subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.

8.2 Google AdMob

The App uses Google AdMob for advertising. Your interaction with ads is subject to Google’s terms.


9.0 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

PlayBlox is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind.
We do not warrant that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The App is free of viruses or harmful components

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.


10.0 Changes to the App

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the App or any feature at any time
  • Update these Terms of Use
  • Change in-app purchase pricing


11.0 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.


12.0 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
