Welcome to Crazy Train. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1.0 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Crazy Train (“the App”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2.0 Description of Service

Crazy Train is an escape game in five scenes. The App uses:

• Local device storage to save your progress and settings
• The App Store (StoreKit) for the optional full game purchase
• Google Analytics for Firebase, for anonymous usage statistics (see the Privacy Policy)

3.0 No Account Required

Crazy Train does not require an account. All data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for the security of your device.

4.0 Full Game

4.1 One-Time Purchase

The first scene is free. The full game unlocks the four other scenes through a one-time purchase. There is no subscription.

4.2 Restoring

You can restore your purchase on any device signed in with the same Apple Account using “Restore Purchases” in the App.

4.3 Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple.

5.0 Intellectual Property

The App, its story, artwork, music, sounds and code are the property of SixtyEdge. Its characters and its railroad company are fictional. Bundled fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.

6.0 Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from its use.

7.0 Changes

We may update these terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
